There was some news that came out a couple of weeks ago that china and france had signed an agreement to do work collaboratively on one point seven billion dollars worth of projects. I think it's clear that in the current political environment that direct co operation may not be possible. But that doesn't mean that the belton road initiative and b thre w can't work in parallel. A, you know, looking at the kinds of energy infor structure that china has engaged in historically, it's largely coal and hydro power. There's ae for both on the global stage in terms of meetinga demand for inter structure in the global south.
