Kritik Lalu: We've locked on to promotion because of the way that organizations are structured. If you had a level less organization then does the word just promotion become less of a priority? I think this idea of everybody wanting a promotion causes problems, he says. Kritik LalU: There's probably some really interesting cultural things that need to sit alongside some of this.
