In 1993, eight homeless children in Brazil were murdered in cold blood. You're going to hear about this crime and another violent crime that one of the survivors went on to commit. Social worker Yvonne Bazzera de Melo had given them some money to call her in emergencies. But with the clock creeping into the next day, there was no phone call.
