The Effects of Pantothenes on Blood Glucose Levels

Pantothenes is a dietary source of pantathine. It's effective at reducing LDL cholesterol by about 4% in people with already low levels of blood lipids and 10 to 20% in people who have dyslipidemia. Alex, having researched this and Niacin will be your B vitamin of choice to use as a drug to lower lipids. And it accomplishes these tasks by inhibiting cholesterol synthesis in the liver and fatty acid synthesis with minimal side effects or adverse effects.
