Introduction
Self sabotage is a case of challenging and undoing limited beliefs. These are beliefs in the way that we would normally think of beliefs. When we become rigid, absolutist and dogmatic, we may be running up against a wall. I don't think i have ever dobded rules. And they need to be challenged.
