Is Frank a Member of Bloomsbury?

Franklin was on the periphery of bloomsbury. Virginia wolf mentions him in one of her diaries. She met him at a propet party of kansas when he was an undergraduate. And and he was friends with lots of people who were in the bloomsbury liton strache. But certainly after he returned from vienna and after he married lettic he was much more at the centre of bloomsbery.
