There wasn't a much good coopridge in the cellar at that time. Jules Chauvet came and talked to you about how to get the lease to settle in the barrels. He was always having the casa out in the courtyard to be exposed to frost and cold weather because the lease will settle better. So he suggested to me to do the same thing. After several years, I decided that to be sure of the lengths of time for drying the oak, the best would be to store it in my garden and bring it to the Cooper after. And I did. But now we have a space at the Cooper for a movie after barrels. And we have the which stores there.
