The Threat of Killer Whales

Orcas repeatedly attacked a yacht off the coast of Scotland. First attack in Northern waters raises concerns of spreading trend. We now have scientific evidence that the killer whales are trying to kill people. Do you think we need to set up a 501c3? I totally agree with you, Smog.
