You have to be excellent or you're dead. Look at what happens when you have very specific types of qualities that you're looking for in an individual. You will repel the wrong person and you will hell yeah, attract the right person. Your vendors are also your people, right? Because you're like, well, I'm a great leader. I have great employees, but my vendors are always late with the product. Guess what? Your vendors are still part of your people. And that means the customer is getting shitty service. That means your product or your business is subpar. Those days are gone.
