The Importance of a Urine Drug Screen
Brandon: A patient like this would have a urine talk screen done by the ER. Would you send off toxic alcohol levels? I'm super lucky Brandon. We can get those in a matter of just a few hours here at the Englac Hall or a methanol. Most things are going to look for THC, benzodiazepines, opioids, cocaine,. methamphetamine, and plus minus sometimes they'll have a methadone or buprenorphine or a fentanyl screen depending on where you work.
