The Power of Resistance

Resistance is a very interesting thing because you actually never find it. We can compartmentalize our consciousness in a sense. We can we can fracture our own identities in a lot of ways. That's shadow right so we think oh, I'm gonna do shadow work and then integrate my shadow. You're being cast by your own shadow and at some point you have to get back into that shadow somehow.
