The shareholder, i use sharehold in oirquotes, is actually the one pushing th agenda. The whole shareholder primacy doctrine came from a vestige of twentieth century corporate law. It's called the separation of ownership and control. What they miss is that the 20 first century version of this problem is different. They've thrown a thrown of trip wire that a lot of us fell for.
