You are trying to bring legal teams finance teams on a journey drive change, than listening and empathizing with those key stake holders is the make or breaking of being successful in their own In my perspective. So it wasn't so much of an attraction as it was an acquisition. I don't know all the intricacies of why, and actually know doesn't matter at this point. But they formed a deal with hatache. For those that are unfamiliar, hatachi is, you know, one of the largest companies in the world. Its japanese based, and they were really looking to move into the professional services rom - hitachi.
