The Difference Between Good and Bad Board Dynamics

In a good board, it's more of an enabler. You know, what do I need to help you? And if I can't help you, then I'm just not going to really push for it. So enabling a management team to do what they do best is important. Sometimes just being silent connection to the most important with that said, though, what I've experienced from great investors is that they are super engaged and they ask the right questions.
