The African Union and the EU
Tribalism is an African thing. It's not negative or positive, it's just the way it is. So you're dealing with micro- kingdoms, within a state. To unite them is almost impossible. They're all fighting over the sweet crude that exists there. And why would you want the megawatts to regulate the African Union on a continent where everything is tribal? It's impossible. Then we have the failure of the EU. I always was against the EU. It's a monster set up the wrong way. It should be decentralized like Bitcoin,. Like it was before, with bilateral trade agreements. That's all you need. You don't need the common law for everybody
