Is Social Housing a Wild West?
There's a stigma about social housing tenants, not just for the last year. But it is absolutely horrific in the private sector. They don't have an ombudsman service or real regulator. And when tenants want or feel like they need to complain, they're often scared in case of section 21 is used to evict them. I think before they can go tell in others what they should or shouldn't be doing,. It's not acceptable in the privatesector or social housing sector but it's massive in the social housing sector too.
