The US Security Strategy Document Approves Foreign Attackers

The United States is about to release their cybersecurity strategy document. It's a 35 page document, but it's still being finalized by the Biden administration. The document is going to approve mandatory regulation on critical infrastructure vendors. High-level authorization to law enforcement and intelligence agencies is being provided so that they will be able to hack into foreign networks.
