The Fear of Legal Litigation in Healthcare
A lot of what this is is fear. People who run HR departments, for example, at a library, at a hospital system, hypothetically, they will follow the guidelines placed before them by different HR companies and very fearful of litigation. And so you don't have to go into a hospital in order to be impacted by hospital policy. It's most, there's very few operating pediatricians, offices that are independent from hospital systems.
