The Supreme Court's Decision to Take Only Speech - Is That a Fair Assessment?

The case involved a mix of the different arguments that a d f had kind of been getting the court to reach over the last several years. The most minimalist argument is that basically, same sex couples, gay people, elgebetc people, just don't deserve equal rights. But broader arguments in the case are even more disturbing. A df and their allies argue that persecuted christians in this country are just nefacing discrimination left and right. And so the supreme court needs to really closely scrutinize all non discrimination laws because they directly suppress freedom of speech. may be unconstitutional.
