Regulators have a tendency to want to find someone they can hold responsible if something goes wrong clarly. I think the mistake here is that we've conflated this idea of the toke en itself being the security, when often it is this toke plus the promises. And once you get to these dows making decisions in the real world, youre you're opening the floodgates, and you're making life hard for people like you as commissioner.
