How to Get Pre-Orders on Amazon, Apple and Barnes and Noble on Launch Week

Today I have 1200 pre-orders on Amazon, almost 100 on Apple and just shy of 50 on Barnes and Noble. While those numbers might seem great to some people, they aren't obviously as high as I would like them to be in order to feel secure going into this launch week. But I also know the majority of my budget was really focused, hyper-focused even, to the launch week explosion. So I need to keep my fingers and toes all crossed and hope that all of the stuff that I am stacking up is going to do what it's meant to do.
