One third of overseas investment am in australia comes from china. The higher stamp chedyg makes it more costly to get into the market. And then thislaw, where only 50 % of homes in a development project can be bought overseas,. And has led to decrease in interest from overseas. But i don't really think we need to do anything about it necesarily, because it's decreasing naturally anyway.
