How to Create a Reality Show Spinoff

I love this idea of a spinoff. I want to know like what your ocean city reality show would be about. Do you need any plot or character development when you show Bush? Well she did just lose her restaurant pump which was down the block because the landlord increased the rent. Did you have anything to do with that? Let's just say that when I play hardball I'm not playing favorites.
