The Pros and Cons of a Separate CEO in Formula One
Williams does not have a CEO, but has an incredible management committee. Toto Wolff: I don't think a CEO was required within this organization at the moment because there's very close contact with things. The engineering side, I'd be the first to tell you I'm not the best engineer on the grid. But there's far better aerodynamicist than I am and technical directors than I am. It may not work as well within other organizations where they have huge technical strength.
