What Is the Final Phase of the Experiments?

There is this feeling of like metamorphosis and and being born and like changing and things like that. And so he takes brigand there, and it is clear that this is not the first time he has taken people in those chambers,. cause he is conducting experiments there. For about a minute and a half, nothing happens. And then brigand just starts panicking. He reports something essentially wriggling and wriggling inside him. presumably eventually he, just like arnold, kills himself or dies from whatever is happening inside him.
