Slowing Down in the Moment
slowing down in the moment is a great way to be present. Movement helps move old energy out of your body, like when you're working out. Feelings are made to be experienced physically and not thought about. So instead of thinking about an emotion, say, ok, i feel anger coming up,. ask, what does anger physically feel like in my body? And as you start physically feeling it, you'll feel it move through you. That's just a really good way to actually be present with your body and move things through at the same time.
