I think the way we get to net zero is by really substantial government and state leadership, investing in all of the technologies that will get us there. The question is whether actually Sunak gets that impression, understands that the public aren't going to be sold on that, but doesn't really get the leadership. I mean, just on the North Sea oil point, there is now clear space, political space between his position and the labor party's position on North Sea oil and gas extraction. Even if we extract and give all of these new licenses away, the long term benefit is going to be quite marginal. Doesn't mean you don't do it.
