Neuroticism Is Linked to Volatility
With neuroticism, i think there's a lot of variability. I don't know if that serves a great function evolutionarily. The more i exercise and eat well and basically have my shid together, the less volatility i feel. And so i i wonder if neuroticism is a measure that anges, not like week to week or something like that. Well, it does if you're high an volatility, but that it changes based on brain function. When youre when you're more scattered brained, you'regoing to have higher volatility.
