Overtime Hack

Overtime listeners are probably sick of hearing about this idea, because i haven't done anything with it. But i said my idea for the hack, as far as a public fund, would be investment fund, investing stocks, whatever. And you get penalized on a sliding scale over the course of ten years. So first month or year one, you're paying like a five or ten % load fee all the way down to ten years, in which case it's none. The kicker was that all that revenue didn't go to the fund company, went to the other shareholders. You get penalized for being bad behavior, rewarded for being good behavior.
