The Benefits of Walking as an Exercise

One hour of moderate exercise per day five days a week seems to give you the optimal benefit. You'll still get some benefit I'm sure from doing anything more than being a couch potato. So, I think that's a lot of activity. But one thing I thought of was walking is great for your metabolic health, but not really intense enough for cardiovascular responses. And then you mentioned walking, you probably, are you saying you need to do a bit more than just sort of normal walking?
