Is There a Greater Created Order Than This?

I think it's at least possible, it's thinkable at least to me that God could create an order which is ordered to the highest good of each of the individual members say rather than order to the common good. And if that were the case, then we should expect a different kind of universe. But it's clearly not the kind of universe that we have. So I want to hear it right now to say too, but I'm interested if I've converted Sean.
