There's more room in the televisual gutter to show different dimensions a of, you know, people of color than there is maybe on in a network like c b s or or nbc. And where er you see less of, i guess, the kind of sense of resistance, or, indeed, contestants playing with the jon and withnd the jona conventions, is around the representation of sexuality. I found it toe fascinating towards the end of the book where you make this argument, which i think is really compelling.
