Are You Really Passionate About That Problem?

First thing you should do is think of what the industry that you are getting yourself into. Am i really passionate about that problem? And then you should think, ok, it's a problem i have. Is it a problem that other people have? And sort of verify that by, you know, just going out and talking to people. When we started homejoy, we decided to go, we started with the cleaning industry. We learned a litle bit more about cleaning supplies, ah, but it's sort of like basket ball. You can watch and learn, or you can read... But if you don't actually train and throw basket ball around, you're not going to get better
