Do You Have a Skip Level Lunch?

One of the tools that you used was what you referr to as a skip level lunch. I would do at least one lunch a week with people who were down several layers within the organizin up several la or up, exactly, exactly, up several layers in the organization. Here in atlanta, when we were in the field, they were called town halls. So we'd just get a bunch of associates and go into our breakroom and have the equivalent discussion where it no holes barred, say-what's on your mind.
