Sam: We've got seven guiding principles at alte resources, and the top one as results. The key one is retention. And so we do look at sceng lifts, not only in our grand mien, but our engagement ratio. So no pressure o, those are definitely going to be, you know, steps we keep taking that will see a highly significant change year on year.
