The Power of Meditation

When a thought enters your head, you observe it. You're in that state of metacognition; then you move on and return to your mantra,. But if that thought is something that you know is a total breakthrough, you're all of a sudden a genius. Ariel: What I do is for longer periods of meditation,I use the memory palace technique. If I remember during a meditation session that I forgot to ask my wife to pick up bananas at the grocery store, I will picture her holding a banana sitting on top of my keyboard. And so those are two examples for me of how I handle those thoughts that seem kind of important when you're meditating.
