Application of NFTs in Contracting and in Art and Photography?

NFTs can have applications in contracting, in record keeping and how we think about even say the way we manage patents, or we manage ownership as famously. But enforcement of property rights doesn't just happen because I have an NFT. Somebody has to decide how close is my say NFT on a certain piece of art to some other piece,. Which looks very similar, but might have a tiny wrinkle that is different. If that is not established, actually anyone can make your expensively built piece of art suddenly very invaluable.
