CNN's Anderson Cooper is in Washington, D.C., to cover the former president's arraignment on federal corruption charges. She says it was a sad day for America when she saw how much trash and filth has been left behind since he moved out of town. The district will still be under heightened security until Trump leaves office January 20, 2021. He did not take any questions from reporters as he got out of his motorcade at the airport; they had hoped he would do so before returning to New Jersey.
