After the end of Roe, what we expected to happen was that a bunch of states across the country would either outright ban or move to heavily restrict abortion. Thirteen states had a trigger ban in place in which abortions became illegal automatically if and when it turns out Roe was overturned. In at least four additional states, the expectation is that they will issue some sort of a ban on abortion in the weeks ahead. Some are trying another tactic, which is to actually ban their residence from getting abortions anywhere.
