The Last Supper Is a Sacrifice of the Jewish Liturgy
The Passover was one of the key sacrifices of the whole Jewish liturgy. It is a pre-figurement of Christ's own death that his body and blood are separated there. And then he's commissioning. I've already mentioned, do this and remember it's in the cultic nature of that terminology as well.
