Is There a Systemic Problem in America? Is It Coming Home to Roost?
I wonder if the myth of American meritocracy is kind of coming home to roost. I feel as though even forward thinking progressive men who want to get married and have families, I feel like most of them feel pressure to be providers. It's a combination of feeling like they deserve it, but also that it's expected of them. And so much of that comes from because, you know, from sort of centuries of, well man are the providers.
