How to Listen to Body Language
Oscar: The way we listen is very different. We do an exercise in our workshop where we play a 100 second track of an air traffic controller talking to a pilot with our eyes closed. And then we ask them to do that with our eyes open with captioning on the screen. People hear things very differently. It's whether you're comfortable in that place to listen with your eyes closed or not. I'd encourage everybody to go back and have a listen to your conversation with Matthew Dick about his role as a teacher in a class, the role of stories, but also the role of comedy to speak truth to power.
