In Khmer, there's a causative prefix PA. So basically you have your normal word order, but then you got and your verb root can take this prefix PA which turns a whole bunch of things into causative or trans devices. In Georgian, according to one paper, it was reduced over time under whatever pressure it is about isolating languages that push things in some way.
