Every single reaction that you get, including the hateful ones, imagine what you have now is every one in the world helping you. Take the heat away, dissociate that for a second, and just focus on what is this trying to tell me? Do you realize how powerful that is? Every single person out there, in even their hate and their criticism, are helping you. And i find that so embowering. Because in one go, i've eliminated all the negativity that i could be consuming myself with. But in another short i have made myself so much richer than i was when i did not have this comment.
