Asynchronous and Non-Async Versions of HTTPX

HDP X, which is a super nice requests like package for making HTTP calls. It has a similar AGI and you keep the good thing or what I really like is that you can use it in sync and await. So if you want to switch from sync to async, I think it's the delight to use it. But yeah, for my own libraries, it always bothered me to that there is no really nice API to provide both in like the same function. You need to have another class with that.
