The Importance of General Feedback
Joseph: A lot of times like you know the truth is art is personal right and so how you something that for you needs to be fixed might be exactly what it needs to be for someone else. And so it's not often helpful to jump in and be like hey let me fix this for you because what you're really saying is let me make this the way I would make it. So specificity is a really big thing. You know really finding the thing that works in something I think is maybe the best form of feedback you can give a personNot what doesn't work but what is working as it gives them an anchor in which to focus their attention.
