Pilots Scope Clauses vs Pilot Shortage

Peter from connecticut wrote a question on pilots scope clauses versus the pilot shortage. Do you think it's time for the sea sweet to start costing out the absorption of their regional counterparts? Will there be enough efficiencies gained to justify this? Bhen: i like your idea as an efficiency play overall, but i'm not how it helps fix the pilot problem.
