The Irish Cultural Footprint

The russian royal family used to speak with a limerick accent. The modern western vision of what hell is like also comes from ireland, via an eleventh century manuscript called the the vision of nogdalas. A place called saint patrick's hall in don gall which is more evidence of ireland's fairly large cultural footprint than our influence on modern thought and social constructs. And i'm always fascinated by what i'd call the irish cultural footprint.
