I'm a huge fan of Alex Osterwalder and his Canvas. I think strategies that come out of standard decks are pretty much by definition not that useful. So the question, the strategic question is what's the mix? And my sort of default position going in, and it's always wrong, but it's a place to start,. We're going to spend maybe half of our story points or engineer days or hours or whatever we're measuring on things customers ask for by name that they're going to see.
