French People Refuse to Speak English
Joke is based on the idea that french people are able to speak english, but they choose not to for whatever reason. This attitude maybe comes from tourists who go to paris. A lot of french people just feel quite self conscious about their accent and certain common mistakes French people often make. An inkling does sound like a small spillage of ink from a pen. I'd be surprised if any of you got this, to be honest.
